SHIPPING

We offer three shipping options: Standard, Priority, and Express. All orders are processed within 1–7 business days. For U.S. orders, Standard Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the speed of your local postal service. Priority and Express Shipping usually deliver within 1–4 business days, with timing varying by season.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@lunamaiz.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We care deeply about your order arriving safely. Once a package has been scanned and marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered in your care. If your package is hard to locate, we recommend checking with household members or neighbors. For further assistance, we kindly suggest reaching out directly to the delivery service.

We are unable to shop to PO boxes at this time.
